President’s Day is on Monday, February 21, 2022. Stores are going to closed to observe President’s Day. In case you plan on going anywhere, here are some places in Alton, Missouri, that are going to be closed.
Library
If you were planning on getting a library book or working on a research paper, the library is observing President’s Day and will be closed.
Banks
The Alton Bank in Alton and Birch Tree are going to be closed on February 21st.
If you want to get mail or you want to send mail, don’t. The United States Postal Service will take the day off for President’s Day.
License Bureau
On February 21st, the Alton License Bureau will be closed in observance of President’s Day.
School
Students will be given a day off as there will be no school on President’s Day.
