Missouri Little Miss Agriculture USA Myla Woods is going to be at the 37th Annual Black Gold Walnut Festival to promote agriculture.
Judging & Awards
Myla Woods will be one of the judges judging the pumpkin carving contest. She will also be handing out the awards.
Ice Cream
She has partnered with the Spring Dipper to give away black walnut ice cream cones. They plan on giving out certificates for some free black walnut ice cream cones. They will be limited, though. The walnuts in the cones are walnuts from Oregon County.
Other Booths
She will also be around the 4-H booth throughout the day. She also plans on giving out agriculture packets. The Missouri Department of Conservation also gave her some trees to give out to promote agriculture. She will be sponsoring the agriculture education booth.
Other
There will be no petting zoo this year, but they want to have one at next year’s Walnut Festival.
