Alton, Mo. \u2013 <\/strong>On Friday, March 26m 2021, the Outback Greenhouse reopened its doors after being closed for the season. Open to serve their local customers, the greenhouse is offering tender plants to green up your spring yard and workplace. Now is the time to get your hands dirty and plant something to beautify your world.<\/p>\n The Outback Greenhouse is a locally run greenhouse. The Tackitts- Ken and Deb- run it and grow everything. After a formal winter this year, many residents are looking to brighten their surroundings and welcome spring. This greenhouse is the place to do it. Spring flowers and greens of varying shades brighten your landscape. They sell everything from pretty flowers to ferns to vegetables; and the various changes as the season progresses.<\/p>\n Outback Greenhouse is open evenings starting at 4:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays this facility opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at dark. They are closed Sundays and Wednesday evenings.<\/p>\n The Outback Greenhouse is located on Highway 160, east of Alton, approximately 7 miles down on the south side of the road.
