Alton, Mo. \u2013 <\/strong>The 36th Annual Walnut Festival had a woodworking and baking. In case you missed it, here are the winners of the contests.<\/p>\n

Woodworking<\/h3>\n

For the woodworking contest, there was two categories: furniture and craft\/sculpture\/carving. Jim McCulley won first place in both categories.<\/p>\n

Baking Contest<\/h3>\n

There were three categories for the baking contest: quick breads\/cookies, candy, and cakes\/pies. Emily Sisco won first place for the quick breads\/cookies. Desirae Simpson won the candy category. For the cakes\/pies, Amanda Thomas won first place.<\/p>\n
