The Oregon County Public Library District in Missouri has gotten a technology grant worth $20,000 from the Missouri State Library and the Secretary of State offices.<\/p>\n

Used For<\/h2>\n

The grant money went towards twenty-four new Dell computers, which replaced the old ones in the different branches of the district: Alton, Thayer, Koshkonong, Myrtle, and Thomasville.<\/p>\n

Old Computers<\/h2>\n

The old computers were given to the Couch school district to be used as they wanted.<\/p>\n

Grants<\/h2>\n

Technology mini-grants can be given through the Institute of Museum and Library Services. [1]<\/sup><\/a> This specific project is supported by the Institute.<\/p>\n
