Around that time, there are a lot of returns to retail stores for unwanted Christmas presents. Several big retail stores have started charging fees for returns.<\/p>\n<h2>The Stores<\/h2>\n<p>Some stores that are charging return fees are J.C. Penney, Macy&#8217;s, Zara, and T.J. Maxx, to name a few.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>J.C. Penney is charging $8 flat fee.<\/li>\n<li>Macy&#8217;s is charging $9.99 plus tax.<\/li>\n<li>Zara is charging $3.95.<\/li>\n<li>T.J.
