The upcoming election is different than any we have seen in the past. With such diverse views on either side, one cannot remain neutral. It is reported that 32 million Christians may not vote in these elections. That number would definitively sway the outcome. But why are these Bible believers not casting their ballots? It is not that we are in a totalitarian government. Our Constitution gives us the right to decide who will govern us. If the vote does not take place because of ignorance, perhaps this information can help.

The famous Dr. James Dobson from Focus on the Family has announced his thoughts regarding the presidential candidates. You can read them here. Their policies are directly opposite to each other.

My Faith Votes has researched each state, proposition, and presidential candidate. The site lets users know where each candidate stands and the final wording of the proposed amendments. It lists charts that compare the candidates on issues relevant to today.

Catholic Archbishop Carlo Vigano spoke to Catholics and, by extension, all Christians on the high stakes of this election. This is a portion of what he said,

The letter in its entirety is here.

Depending on how one reads the information, each party is directly opposed to the other. A voter cannot think Republican on specific issues and Democratic on others. The parties are too opposite. But one can take this information, study it, pray over it, and decide who would best run the country and who could help it best in the next four years.

And while you are at it, pray about state offices, too. They run down party lines for their positions.

AltonMo.com urges each registered voter to cast their ballot on or before election day, November 5.

The upcoming election is different than any we have seen in the past. Even in conditions of relative normality, the exercise of the vote is your moral duty, through which you cooperate in the first person in choosing the person who will lead the Nation for the next four years. But in this coming electoral round – just as in 2020 and indeed much more so – you are not simply called to choose between two candidates who happen to be on different political sides but who both nevertheless have the common good at heart in compliance with the Constitution and the Law. No; in this election you must choose between two radically opposed ways of conceiving the government of your Nation: you are called to choose between democracy and dictatorship, between freedom and slavery [1].
