Alton, Mo. \u2013 <\/strong>The Alton High School Cafeteria is hosting a blood drive. Due to COVID-19 fears, many blood drives across the country were canceled and the Red Cross is asking available persons to donate.<\/p>\n The Alton Public High School is located at 505 School Street in Alton. The cafeteria is the place to meet for a donation.<\/p>\n The blood drive is scheduled for Monday, December 14, 2020, from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n The Red Cross does have rules for donating. Individuals need to be a minimum of 17 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds. The donator needs to be in good health and will fill out a health form before donating. Students are allowed to donate. They simply need those same restrictions along with two proofs of age along with identification.<\/p>\n Donors will have their temperature checked. Masks are required to be worn. All donations are currently being tested for COVID-19 antibodies.<\/p>\nWhere?<\/h2>\n
