Randall Combs, the president of Alton Bank, knows what it means to live and do business in a small town. Randall and his brothers grew up in rural Missouri. The Combs family has been busy in the banking and financial business for years. They also know the local communities and how to adapt to help them meet their own needs.
Who Will Manage It
Alton Bank is bringing Cindy Bradford as the president of the Birch Tree Branch. She has 24 prior years of banking experience. Kasea Ellettand will manage the loan processing department. And Darlene Nicholson and Christina Murphy will serve the customers out front.
When Did The Decision Happen
The decision to open a branch in Birch Tree was not sudden. Rather, it may seem it took longer than expected. Decisions to acquire the facility happened while the coronavirus shutdowns were happening. Meanwhile, Alton Bank is also in the process of building a newer facility in Alton, Missouri. This will be on highway 19, south end of town, near the medical clinic. That hit issues in the spring due to heavy rains, but the structure is coming along.
