Alton, Mo. – The Alton City Hall and the Alton License Bureau has moved to new locations which is on the square in Alton, Missouri.
City Hall
The City Hall used to be behind and to the left of Young’s Feed; and some people found it hard to find. They have moved right next to Jason’s Mexican Restaurant. The new address is 3 Court Square, Alton, Missouri.
License Bureau
Before, when you had to get your new license plates, you had to go up Highway 160 a couple miles out of town and it would be on your left. Now, you can go to the new location of the license bureau which is where the Alton Bank used to be. The new address is 26 Court Square. The license bureau relocated on October 4, 2021.
