Ozarks Regional Stockyards Slaughter / Replacement Cattle – Aug 24, 2022
Summary:
Good rains across most of the area, since the last weekend of July, have improved pasture conditions. Demand was good on a moderate supply of slaughter animals and a light supply of replacement cattle. Where rain has been the heaviest, some producers are getting their second cutting of hay to try and makeup for their disappointing first cutting.
