 Slaughter cows were 3.00-6.00 higher with most of the gain on breaking and boning cows. Slaughter bulls were 2.00-3.00 higher. Bred cows sold steady and pairs were not well tested. Demand was very good on slaughter animals and moderate on replacement cattle. There was a heavy supply of slaughter animals, a moderate supply of bred cows and a light supply of pairs. The top slaughter bull sold for 136.00/cwt while the top slaughter cow sold for 111.00/cwt.
