A new month is upon us. Spring brings many events, sunshine, and energy. The Alton Senior Center has kept up with the spring demands and has put out its April menu and activities for 2023.
Menu
On April 7th, turkey, apple stuffing, deviled eggs, green beans, and pistachio pudding will be served. On the 12th, French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, and an Ambrosia salad will be dished out. A good meal during the springtime will be served on the 18th: baked fish, ranch potatoes, Chinese coleslaw, coconut cream pie, and cornbread. To close out the month on the 28th, Polish sausage, sauerkraut, blackeye peas, cornbread, and apple-filled cupcakes will be served.
Activities
On April 5th, you can come in from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm for free tax help. On the 7th, there will be an Easter party with Catalina. On April 14th at 10:30 am, you can have frappes with Whitney. On the 20th at 1:00 pm, there will be a lost loved ones grief support. On the 28th, Missouri University will present stargazing and the brain.
