Alton, Mo. – Get ready! The Alton Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a fish fry/cornhole tournament fundraiser. This happens in May, so you have time to practice.
What Is Happening?
The Alton Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a fish fry/cornhole tournament. Bring your own partner, and they are having uppers and lowers. The public is encouraged to come out to support our fire department.
When Is This?
This fundraiser takes place on Saturday, May 18, 2024. The meal begins at 10:30 a.m. Registration for the tournament is between 10 and 11 a.m., and the competitions start at 11:00 a.m.
Where Is This?
This all occurs at the Alton Fire Department, located next to Harp’s Grocery Store on Highway 160 West.
Is There A Cost?
They are not charging for the meal. However, they are taking donations. For the cornhole tournament, they charge $50 per team.
Who Can Attend?
This is open to the public, both the meal and the cornhole tournament.
