The Children’s Ballet of the Ozarks is holding the musical “Into the Woods” from Thursday, May 6, 2021, to Saturday, May 8, 2021, at the Willow Springs Star Theater.
Where and When
The musical is going to be on Thursday through Saturday, May 6-8, 2021, at 7:00 pm. On May 8th, there will be two performance with the one not previously mentioned beginning at 2:00 pm. This musical will be performed at the Star Theater in Willow Springs, Missouri.
“Into The Woods”
“Into the Woods” has practically all the fairy tales combined including the following: Cinderella, Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood, the Baker and his wife, the wicked step-mother and her daughters, Jack (of the beanstalk), and a couple of pining princes. All of these characters are in the woods following after their own wishes.
Anyone of any age will enjoy this musical with its web of desires, hilarious capers, memorable songs, and rich, varied characters. The musical balances well between the real and the fantastical.
