Alton, Mo. – On June 6, 2023, MFA Oil Foundation awarded the SeniorAge Area Agency On Aging a grant to assist in several purchases. They donate to non-profit organizations that work to better their community.
What Will The Grant Be Used On?
Kathy Anderson from the Alton Senior Center remarked on what this grant will be used for. First, they will have tents to set up in the parking lot when they have an event and need some cover. Next, they’re getting a new BBQ Grill because the other one got hit by someone in the parking lot. They will also get a new Griddle to make grilled cheese and other goodies for the seniors. Additionally, they will receive a seven-drawer chest.
