Alton, Mo. – The Alton, Missouri, Senior Center is offering a farmers’ market nutrition program for all seniors, especially those in Oregon County. This will give benefits for fruits and vegetables to low-income households.
When Is It
This will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the month of June 2023 from 9:00 am to 10:30.
To Qualify
To qualify for the nutrition program, seniors will need proof of ID (driver’s license), proof of residency (utility bill), and proof of gross income (SNAP letter, tax return, or bank statement).

The nutrition program provides benefits for fruits and vegetables to low-income senior households.
Where Is It
The farmers’ market nutrition program will be at the Alton Senior Center on 204 S. Main St. in Alton.
