Alton, Mo. – Each year in the beginning of November, churches around the United States pack Samaritan’s Purse Christmas Shoe Boxes. The Alton First Baptist Church once again packed Christmas shoe boxes on Sunday, November 7, 2021.
Christmas Shoe Boxes
The Christmas shoe boxes are sent around the world, each Christmas, to boys and girls.
Inside The Boxes
There is a variety of things inside the boxes. There are crayons, coloring books, soap, wash cloths, tooth brushes, toys, underwear, socks, clothes, shoes, notebooks, little trinkets, and a lot of other stuff.
First Baptist Church
The Alton First Baptist Church held their shoe box packing on Sunday, November 7, 2021, at 6:00 pm. Around twenty-two people showed up to help pack the shoe boxes. There were also chili, brownies, nachos, and drinks.
What Can I Do?
National Collection Week is November 15-22, 2021. You can either find a church that is packing shoe boxes and join them, or you can pack a Christmas shoe box by yourself.
