10 States Voting On Abortion This November

New born baby.

New born baby.

Voters in 10 states will vote on ballot initiatives involving abortion this coming November. They all allow increasing abortion access. So, what states are these? And just what is abortion?

States Voting

Those states voting on abortion rights are Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, and South Dakota. Many of these states already have laws prohibiting abortion. Missouri’s Constitution prohibits killing an unborn child and specifies that no abortion shall be performed or induced upon a woman except in cases of medical emergency. This is RSMO 188-017.

Missouri

So, how can we be voting against our own Constitution? Special interest groups knew that a pro-abortion amendment would not pass through our legislatures. So, they are bypassing our elected officials. They allegedly got the required number of signatures to put abortion on our November ballot. This is Proposition 3, which you see yard signs on which to vote against.

What Is Abortion?

Abortion is the termination of a pregnancy and the removal of a fetus (Latin for unborn child). If a pregnancy is terminated or stopped without intervention, it is called a miscarriage, Not an abortion.

Political Thoughts

U.S. Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri recently addressed the 2024 Pray Vote Stand Summit on the ballot initiatives.

He said,

As the people go to the polls, let’s be clear, as conservatives and yes, as Republicans, that we advocate life, that we urge our fellow Americans to support life. We will do everything we can to protect life in the law all across this country. This is absolutely foundational [1]!

While pro-abortionists claim that it is for the woman’s health, it is her choice; they forget to mention that half of the time, the unborn child is female.

So what will Missouri decide? We will find out in November.
