Homeschooling has become more prominent in the past three years. But some of these homeschoolers don’t know where to start, what Missouri’s laws for homeschooling are, etc. This Homeschooling 101 Enrichment Day is happening on January 28, 2023, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm at the Alton Assembly of God Church.
Speakers
Four speakers will come and speak at the Enrichment Day: Shane Richardson, Christy Richardson, Orilla Crider, and Cari Rogers.
VBS For Kids
As all traditional homeschoolers know, parents take their kids everywhere with them. This is a time for that. While the parents are listening to the engaging speakers upstairs, the kids of any age will be downstairs going through a high-impact VBS. In the Vacation Bible School, the kids will learn about the 7 C’s of Creation by Answers in Genesis: Creation, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ, Cross, and Consummation. There will be puppets, songs, crafts, and snacks.
The Date
The Homeschooling 101 Enrichment Day will be on Saturday, January 28, 2023, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm at the Alton Assembly of God Church. Everyone who is homeschooling or is interested in homeschooling is encouraged to attend.
Other Info
There will be a free lunch with a Q&A with the speakers. This whole event is free, so you just have to bring yourself and your family. Anyone, whether you’re from West Plains, Thayer, Mt.
