Memorial Day is coming up on May 29, 2023. With Memorial Day, citizens across Missouri and the United States celebrate with cooked out hamburgers and hot dogs, which is fitting since May is National Beef Month.

Beef is a crucial part of our diet. Beef has high amounts of protein, iron, magnesium, potassium, and many others. Missouri United States Senator Eric Schmitt says that Missouri is ranked third in the nation for beef cow production.
Beef Weekend
This weekend coincides with National Beef Month with it being National Hamburger Day on May 28th.
