There is still a cloud of confusion around whether or not the “Comirnaty” FDA-approved formulation for the COVID “vaccine” is available in the US (CDC changed definition of vaccine in 2021 [1].) There appear to be quite a few discrepancies in the narrative that might be cause for concern if you have taken the “vaccine.”
To Take or Not to Take
There are those who say everything is OK. Just take the vax. Then there are those who point out that there has been quite a bit of government and corporate shenanigans [2]. Comirnaty (the FDA-approved vaccine brand name) was approved in 2021 but questions regarding its availability here in the US have sparked controversy and lawsuits regarding mandates as well.
The CDC’s website states that COMIRNATY is “not orderable.” And a branch of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) overseeing the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), indicated that it was simply because Pfizer did not have time to change the labels. A spokesperson from HHS said, “Given the urgency of vaccinations to protect as many people as possible as quickly as possible, the company continued to ship its vaccine with the EUA label rather than taking valuable time to re-label the vials [3].”
Critics complain of the FDA and the “vaccine” suppliers not following established law on how a “vaccine” should be distributed legally [4] and whether there have been substantial numbers of injuries and deaths from their use [5].
On September 7, 2021, Children’s Health Defense it sued the FDA for allegedly having “violated federal law when the agency simultaneously licensed Pfizer’s Comirnaty COVID vaccine and extended Emergency Use Authorization for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine [6].”
Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS)
VAERS data released in May by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention show 1,268,008 reports of adverse events from all age groups following COVID-19 vaccines, including 28,141 deaths and 230,364 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020, and May 13, 2022 [7].
Government Transparency
Congressman Thomas Massie (R, Ky) has been fighting for transparency regarding the vaccines and how the pharmaceutical companies are being compensated by the Federal government. He also is fighting against alleged illegal mandates for workers in the private sector and government workers as well.
