National French Fry Day is July 13, 2023. In honor of that, many fast-food chains offered free fries to customers. Some of the restaurants, like Wendy’s, has the deal going on for a couple of days.
Fry Day
For the longest time, the National Calendar had National Fry Day down on July 13th of every year. Last year, though, fast food restaurants Checkers and Rally’s petitioned always to have it on the second Friday of the month. The petition had 33,000 signatures, and National Day Calendar agreed to make the change. [1]
The Deal
The deal lasts from Thursday, July 13, 2023, through Sunday, July 16, 2023. [2] Customers can get free fries from the Wendy’s app with any mobile order.

Other restaurants that are also participating through the weekend (but may not be found near Missouri) include Fatburger and Checkers. [3]
