The Black Gold Walnut Festival is going to happen on October 1, 2022. THe Run the Town for the Gold 5K/1 Mile Walk/Run is happening the night before on September 30th.
Run/Walk
The run/walk registration begins at 5:30 pm on the court square. The one-mile walk/run will start at 6:15 pm. The 5K will start shortly after. Awards will be given out after the race.
Cruise-In
A classic car, truck, and motorcycle cruise-in will start at 5:30 pm. There will be all sorts of cars for you to look at it.
Extras
There will also be free bouncy houses and inflatables for the kids during and after the run. Food will be available throughout the night. The Redline Band will also be playing starting at 7:30 pm.
