Alton, Mo. –The 38th Annual Black Gold Walnut Festival has been going on since 9:00 am this morning, October 7, 2023. Lots of vendors are lined up around the square with many different things.
Crafts
A variety of craft vendors are at the square. One of them is S & S Fabric selling quilt patterns. Another vendor was selling aprons, towels, and pot holders.
Food
Food vendors are also selling different food. Slushies, chicken, kettle corn, and pulled pork sandwiches are a big hit.
Games
Games for kids are available. Some of them include ping pong toss, train rides, and chicken poop bingo.
