We have all heard of Halloween. But how many of us have heard about All Saint’s Day? All Saint’s Day comes right after Halloween, or on November 1, each year. On this particular day, Christians remember saints and our connectedness as Christians.

What Is Celebrated?

Christians remember saints who have gone on and died while keeping the faith.

Who Is A Saint?

But this isn’t solely for Catholics as we see saints. The Bible teaches that all followers of Jesus are saints (Acts 9:13, Acts 26:10, Romans 8:27, and 1 Corinthians 1:2).

Where Is It Celebrated?

All Saint’s Day is celebrated in numerous historically Catholic countries. [1] Other countries also have All Saint’s Day as a holiday or they acknowledge it.

What Can I Do?

To celebrate All Saint’s Day, you can meet up with other believers, or you can be by yourself, and you can read the stories about past saints and find inspiration in them of God’s faithfulness. You can read it in the Bible or in biographies. You can look back at all the people who led someone to Jesus Christ and be encouraged by how many people are in heaven because of them.

Get connected with other Christians and remember and learn from saints on All Saint’s Day.
