March 19, 2024, is the first day of spring. Dairy Queen announced that in honor of the first day of spring, it will also be Free Cone Day at participating Dairy Queens. [1]
Where and When
Free Cone Day will only be at participating DQs. This deal is valid only for Tuesday, March 19th.
Who Can Get One
Anyone is eligible to receive a free vanilla ice cream cone from DQ. If you have the DQ Rewards app, you can get double your points on any purchase you make that day.
Why A Free Cone?
This is Dairy Queen’s eighth annual Free Cone Day. DQ’s press release said, “To some, longer days and budding blooms signal spring’s arrival. To us, they indicate that Free Cone Day is right around the corner. Or, as we like to think of it, the start of Treat SZN.” [2]
