Alton, Mo. – Most people like to support those in need, especially those in their community. The Alton Fire Department is looking to the community for aid. The fire department is planning a large garage sale. They want the public to know and participate in this sale.
What Is Happening?
The Alton Fire Department is planning a garage sale. In this sale, they ask the community to rent booth space to sell their items. This is similar to a city-wide garage sale, with everyone selling their items at a single location on a specific date.
When Is This?
The garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 6, between 6:00 am and 3:00 pm.
However, if you want to rent a booth, call now before the limited space is reserved. Booths are a table length long, eight feet. The booth renter may sell any items he wants at his table.
Cost To Rent A Booth?
The cost to rent a booth space is only $10.00. All proceeds go directly to the Alton Fire Department.
Where Is This Sale?
The garage sale will be held at the Alton Fire House, next to Harp’s Grocery Store.
