Billy Johannsen has donated a butcher hog for a raffle. The tickets are $1.00 each or six for $5.00. Tickets are on sale at Simpson’s True Value Hardware in Alton, located on Highway 160, west side of town. Tickets can likewise be purchased directly from Billy. His number is 417-270-2233. There is a can at True Value for taking donations, also. All proceeds go directly to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Details Of Butchering
From today until February 12, 2020, you can buy tickets for this raffle. At that point, the drawing will be held. The winner gets the entire butcher hog. Billy will deliver this hog to either Zimmerman’s in Summersville, Missouri or Vonallmen’s in Koshkonong, Missouri, the winner’s choice. The winner is responsible for butchering costs accrued.
