After President Trump gave his State of the Union address on Tuesday night, Missouri Governor Parson shared that he was pleased to hear what our President had to say.
Inspiring Vision
On Tuesday evening, shortly after the President gave his long-awaited State of the Union speech the Missouri Governor, Mike Parson, took to Twitter to say that he not only agreed with what Trump had to say but also to note that Trump had shared an “inspiring vision” that night.

Addressing the Workforce
Governor Parson has been continually working on strengthening Missouri’s workforce since he entered office so it’s no surprise that he was happy when President Trump brought up the nations workforce demands and needs.
In the State of the Union address President Trump had touched on the economy of the nation saying “We have created 5.3 million new jobs and importantly added 600,000 new manufacturing jobs,” Trump said. “Something almost everyone said was impossible to do. But the fact is, we are just getting started.” [1]
This coincides with Parsons dream of expanding job opportunities to Missourians and lowering unemployment.
