Alton, Mo. – The Alton Assembly of God plans a stellar Vacation Bible School next week. You do not have to be a child to be amazed at the work that went into decorating for this event. Planets, stars, and even astronauts are popping up around the church! This is something your child will not want to miss!
What Is This?
The Alton Assembly of God Church has planned a Vacation Bible School based on stars. The children will learn about Jesus’ birth, meeting Zaccheus, riding a donkey, caring for his mother, and finally, Phillip and the Ethiopian. Each story will have a craft and finger items to help the children remember all that Jesus does.
Who Can Attend?
This is open to all children ages 4-11. One need not be a member of the church to attend. All the children can come. Parents are invited for the final day, Tuesday.
When Is This?
The Vacation Bible School begins Sunday at 6:00 p.m. and lasts until 8:30 p.m., continuing Monday and Tuesday nights.
Where Is This?
This occurs at the Alton Assembly of God Church, 301 Hodges Street in Alton.
Cost?
There is No cost to attend!
With summer school over, this is a great time to get your children involved in something that can better their lives.
