Recently homosexuals, and many, if not all, of the groups who are engaged in some perverted sexual behavior and fall under the LGBTQ acronym, have been fixated on the fast-food chain, Chick-fil-A. LGBTQ groups are upset that Chick-fil-A, a company that has upheld a biblical standpoint, has been giving donations to Christian organizations– organizations that say that engaging in homosexuality is a sin.
LGBTQ Groups Prejudiced Against Christians
So what the LGBTQ groups are saying is, don’t be prejudicial against us (which Chick-fil-A and the charities it contributes to service anyone who needs help), but we can be as unfair and prejudicial as we want against you. These groups are creating a problem for their ends
None of these charitable groups will actively reject anyone who comes to them for help. They do enforce guidelines however. Alcoholics cannot drink, and sexually promiscuous individuals are called upon to cease indulging their lusts and come to God.
We All Have A Sin Problem
Everyone has problems with lusts: Lusts of the eye, Lusts of the flesh, pride. It’s just when we act on those temptations. The alcoholic will still crave a drink, the angry man will still get angry, the liar still weaves tales of fancy in his mind, the fearful is still timid. On and on it goes. These charities and the Body of Christ in general are announcing the good news of Christ’s triumph over all. They announce victory and the path to life and the enemies of Jesus don’t like it.
Now, if an individual doesn’t want to abandon the behaviors that brought them to the point of seeking help, well, there is the door as they say. I know that some Christian charities mandate church attendance as part of their philanthropy. Some individuals cannot humble themselves and “toe the line.”
Where’s The Prejudice?
Additionally, I guarantee that Chick-Fil-A is taking everyone’s money (except on Sunday). No prejudice there. So, bottom line: no charity will turn away someone who is genuinely in need of help, and Chick-Fil-A is serving customers.
But the LGBTQ cabal has no issue with declaring Chick-Fil-A guilty by association- association by donation to organizations that believe in the best possible life for mankind in Jesus Christ.
Wow. How prejudicial of them. And, even though Chick-Fil-A capitulated, these groups just keep pushing for more businesses to conform to their worldview.
What is Marriage?
Why do people who don’t even believe in the Christian God care about whether or not what they’re doing is considered to be a “sin” by that religion?
Sin is theft and trespassing against God and denying God his hope to fill each of us with himself. Abundantly.
Chick-fil-A is known for giving donations to organizations that have the “tenacity” to call the sexual behavior as well as the orientation of LGBTQ people, quote-unquote, a sin. The Bible has been around for a very long time, and throughout its entire existence, it has declared that not only is homosexuality a sin, but other behaviors in the sexual arena are also a sin. Behaviors like adultery, incest, beastiality, basically any sexual act outside the confines of matrimony is sin.
The Promises Of Sin Are Empty
A sin that is a continual wandering in a wilderness of lostness and misdirection and will never allow it’s participants to get their wishes fulfilled. Sin that deceives and never discharges it’s promises.
Marriage, also called matrimony or wedlock, is a culturally recognised union between people, called spouses, that establishes rights and obligations between them, as well as between them and their children, and between them and their in-laws. [1]
Without getting too graphic, any sexual activity that is outside of the act of marriage inside the confines of wedlock is Biblically wrong. That means the Christian Bible says it is wrong. Not only the Bible but nature itself shows that pro-creation in mammals is only available to the mating of male with female. Anything else is an abomination or, in today’s’ way of communicating, that’s not what it’s made for. Sex, God’s way, just doesn’t work any other way. Sorry.
Only One Reason For Marriage
At the biblical standard, there’s only one reason for the act of marriage. That reason is to give God a chance to allow a human being to be conceived, born, and raised in God’s instruction so that he would have the opportunity to live in that created individual. God wants to surround that individual that he created with his favor and to live and to walk with him eternally.
Any sexual behavior that is outside of that Biblically mandated standard is a sin because it denies our creator the full opportunity to live inside the individual and surround that person with his favor, guidance and protection. Forever.
It is theft and trespassing against God and denying God his hope to fill each of us with himself. Abundantly.
From a Christian standpoint, God has created the world and therefore owns the world. In the Psalms, he declares that earth is Gods and that the world in its fullness thereof is his as well. When those created beings defy their maker, according to Christian theology, that is a sin.
LGBTQ, Why Do You Care?
The question is, why do these people who apparently don’t believe in the Christian God even care about this? Why do they care about what any god thinks about them? Why don’t they just carry on and continue to engage in these activities without intruding upon other people’s beliefs or business?
Certainly, they don’t believe the God of the Bible. They don’t believe in the god of the Koran. The Koran calls what homosexuals are doing even worse than what the Bible calls it. The Koran dictates punishments by even more barbaric methods than the Christian Bible. So why is the focus on the Christian God? Nobody is forcing anyone to go to Chick-fil-A.
These people who consider them to be LGBTQ don’t have to go to church. Which is why it’s ridiculous that they continually pick Christianity out and scorn their actions, calling them names and worse, solely because they have biblical beliefs.
Perhaps it’s because something deep within individuals who participate in any sinful behavior that is reminding them continually that what they’re doing is not right. Maybe they’re following a fantasy that is telling them that if they could only get rid of all the voices that condemn their activity, then they would have peace. Unfortunately, as the old saying goes, wherever you go, there you are.
