Alton, Mo. – It is once again time for the Alton Little League sign-ups. This is an annual spring event that serves many purposes.
Who Can Participate?
Little League in Alton, Missouri, is open for children ages 3 through 12. On Tuesday, March 3, 2020, sign-ups take place in the Multi-Purpose Building. Registration takes place between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tball league is open to ages 3-5. The cost per participant is $25. Baseball and softball leagues are open to ages 6-12. The cost to join the older little league is $40.
Anyone unable to come to the Multi-Purpose Building on the 3rd is invited to stop by the Elementary School Office to pick up a participant form. These forms need to be handed in by March 6, 2020.
What Is Little League?
Little League is a youth sports program with millions of players and more than one million adult volunteers. Little Leagues are worldwide. Children, as well as the adults, learn character, courage, and loyalty. [1]. Little League is cost efficient for most communities while promoting physical activity.
