Alton, Mo. –The Alton Comets took on the Koshkonong Blue Jays on January 30, 2024, at the Alton High School for their homecoming.
Homecoming
Before the games began, Alton’s homecoming queen was announced. Each of the court was announced, then final the queen was announced. The 2024 Alton Homecoming Queen is Renee Nash. During both games, the crowd brought the noise.
Boys
The boys varsity played first. It was a very exciting game. At halftime, the Alton Comets were up several points. The Comets continued to play very well in the second half with multiple steals. The final score, with the Comets winning, was 63-53.
Girls
The girls varsity played after the boys.The Lady Comets quickly dominated the Blue Jays, getting an early lead. Before the half, all of Alton’s starters had come out of the game. The final score was 55-11.
