Bridge maintenance work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, January 11. MO-DOT (Missouri Department Of Transportation) plans on having the work completed by Wednesday, January 12, 2022 [1].
What Is Happening?
The Missouri Department of Transportation has scheduled bridge maintenance for Route Em here in Oregon County, south of Alton. Route E will be reduced to only one lane each day. There will also be a 12-foot restriction limit during the work zone.
When Is This Happening?
MODOT is planning on working on Route E from Tuesday, January 11, 2022 through Wednesday, January 12, 2022. The workers will be on site from 6:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. each day.
Where Is This?
MODOT will be busy on Route E in Oregon County, Missouri. Specifically, they will be working on bridge maintenance over Louise Creek which is located between County Road 232 and Route KK.
Missouri Department of Transportation asks that drivers plan accordingly, leave early and possibly take alternate routes while the bridge is being examined and tested.
